Unregistered visitors require prior approval. • Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside the home. • Pets are not permitted except where required by applicable law or platform policy. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. • Children must be supervised when using the backyard, play equipment, games, and fire table. • Use the fire table responsibly and turn it off completely after each use. Do not leave it unattended. • Park only in designated areas. Do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes. • Please report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly so they can be addressed. • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM unless a different time has been approved in writing. • Guests are responsible for following all checkout instructions and leaving the home in reasonably tidy condition.
